Need To Lose Your Stomach Fat Quickly? – 5 weight loss myths Not To Lose Stomach Fat

If you are interested in learning how to lose your stomach fat, you will need to disregard some of the common misconceptions about weight loss, which are discussed below:

1. Eliminate Fat from Your Diet – While fats supply a high concentration of calories, they are necessary for health and well-being, so you should include them in your diet in sensible quantities. Some fats are better than others, so try to include foods like nuts, avocados, fish, seeds, and low fat dairy products in your diet to supply you with the necessary fats.

The goal should be to include a half of a gram of fat for every pound of weight that you want.

2. Sit Ups Make You Lose Belly Fat – I don’t think so! They offer the body very little resistance, and your belly fat will not go away. Generally speaking, focusing exercise on a certain group of muscles does not burn fat from the area in question. The most effective methods for losing body fat are lowering caloric intake and combining interval training with exercises that work various parts of the body in order to stimulate the hormones that burn fat.

3. Carbohydrates are the Bad Guys – Not true. Once again, some carbs are good, some carbs are bad. Those who believe that the best way or only way to lose fat is to follow a low carb diet need to think again.

It is a fallacy that carbs, on their own, can cause you to gain weight. Disregard the bad press about carbohydrates — you need to keep them in your diet. Feel free to eat wholesome, unprocessed carbs while avoiding white, processed carbs found in foods like: white bread, white rice, potato chips, and other foods whose nutrients have been removed in processing.

Carbs should be consumed with your goals, your body type, and your health status in mind.

4. You should not eat any food after 7pm – Losing weight is more about what and how much you eat rather than when you eat. Snacking on foods that are not nutritious will increase your body fat. If you have a hard time resisting snacking altogether, work on re-educating your taste buds. Introduce them to small, healthy snacks.

5. Food is the Enemy — We need to eat to live. If you think reducing the amount of food you consume will help you, you need to reconsider that. It is both unhealthy and impractical to starve yourself. Even if you were able to shed a quick 20 to 30 pounds, you would probably put the weight back on even more quickly.

The best way to get rid of body fat permanently is to do it slowly and at a steady rate. Your body requires a certain number of calories in order to produce energy; an intake of too few calories will slow your metabolism. And if you consume an inadequate amount of food, you might trigger cravings and start snacking to compensate.

When all is said and done, all you have to do is eat healthy foods, limit your portions, eat more fruits and vegetables, and avoid food and drinks that are high in calories and/or sugar. Regular exercise will speed up your metabolism and improve your overall health, helping you to live longer.

You can say goodbye to stomach fat — forever!

How to Lose Stubborn Belly Fat Fast

The question that my clients most frequently ask me is “What can I do to make this fat on my belly go away?” They usually ask if cardio workouts are more effective than weight lifting. My answer is always the same: cardio is not the most effective way of burning fat; interval training is what will help you lose that belly fat.

Equipment Requirements:

* You should anticipate buying stregth exercise equipment or basically employ your own body balance
* Machines for cardio exercises, or again use your own bodyweight.

Step 1. My extensive experience, both with myself and with my clients, has shown me what works and what does not. Not many people have unlimited time to spend exercising and working out. People do not want to spend 6-8 hours exercising; it is possible to see results in a much shorter time frame. I can tell you how to do an effective, efficient workout session in an hour or less. That said, what follows is the secret to getting a better body working out less than 45 minutes a day, only 3 times per week. Warm-up with exercising against the weight of your body, followed by building muscle with strength training supersets, and complete your workout with interval training to get rid of fat quickly.

Step 2: To get yourself properly warmed up, do about five minutes of body weight exercises. Walking on a treadmill is not an adequate warm-up for a fat-burning, strength-building workout.

Step 3: Your next phase is strength training supersets consisting of two exercises carried out successively with very little rest period in between. You can optimize fat burning by shrinking your workout time and decreasing rest time. You need a mere 20 minutes of basic strength training exercises. You could increase this to 30 minutes if you want to increase your muscle mass more.

Step 4. Finally, the last step is, 18 minutes of interval training to finish up with everything. Your warm-ups followed by six-short intervals from 30 to 90 seconds, which will be followed with short periods of low-intensity recovery. End with a 5 minute cool-down and you have a fast, productive, fat burning workout. The majority of people take 30 to 60 minutes with a cardio machine and even though this uses calories, it won’t give you the body you want to have. There are many down points to a long and slow cardio routine. It is an inefficient form of exercise that can cause you to achieve less than optimal results and suffer overuse injuries.

Losing Stomach or Belly Fat At Any Age…

Secrets to losing belly fat

Are you ready to hear the complete truth about getting rid of stomach fat? First, let’s start with the facts: Nearly seven out of ten Americans are overweight or obese, while spending 40 billion dollars annually on weight loss products.

So, using nothing but the facts, what does that tell you?

Weight loss products are useless when it comes to losing stubborn belly fat. As a matter of fact, they actually make it harder to permanently lose weight. I’m not sure why everyone thinks there’s a secret to getting rid of stomach fat, but there’s no secrets- and there’s no shortcuts. So what’s the best way to lose weight?

Here’s the honest story about burning belly fat. There’s only one thing that will work: You have to burn off more calories than you use.

NOTHING ELSE WILL WORK.

If you want to learn how to do this, keep reading. If you think it’s sounds like too much trouble, stop right here. If there is a “secret” to losing stomach fat, it’s this:

You have to be willing to change the poor habits that are making you gain weight, over to healthy habits that will make you lose it. I know it sounds obvious, but that is where everyone fails. I can’t point any fingers. I failed at losing weight for thirty years. The only thing that actually worked was when I changed my daily habits.

Now I choose my weight right to the pound.

And here’s the best part: I’m 50 years old. I’m not athletic. I have average smarts. I have a very hectic schedule. Right now I’m working about twelve hours a day. I have no special tools that you don’t have. In other words, if I can learn how to drop belly fat.

YOU CAN ALSO.

I promise, it’s easier than you think. Again, it’s not in the products. You don’t need to buy anything special to lose belly fat. After I learned how easy it was, I wrote a four step e-manual about it. And no, it’s not a weight loss book. It’s about learning the habits that make you naturally and permanently lose weight.

Remember, that’s the key to losing stubborn belly fat, you have to change the habits. That’s why diet and weight loss products don’t work permanently. They can’t teach you how to change your habits- they make it harder to change your habits.

If your skeptical, just look at the facts: forty billion spent, NO RESULTS.

I lost all the weight I wanted by doing nothing more than changing my habits. You’d be amazed at how many people think it’s impossible for a fifty year old to have a flat belly. I promise, my pictures have not been changed in any way.

I was overweight for 30 years. But all I did was what I’m telling you to do. I changed my weight gain habits over to weight loss habits. I didn’t do anything weird. I didn’t fast or cleanse my colon. I lost all the weight I wanted naturally. If you want to lose weight permanently, you have to do what works in the real world. And what’s being sold by the giant weight loss industy does not work- as proven by the FACTS.

I did not buy one weight loss product. I bought all my food at the grocery store. ALL I DID WAS THE ONLY THING THAT WORKS: I ate right and got some exercise. That was all I did. If you want to lose stubborn belly fat, that’s all you have to do too.

If you need help changing over your habits, check out my ebook at www.MyNewBodyNewLife.com

Here’s my biggest tip when it come to changing your habits: When your tempted to do something that’s unhealthy, you have to have a thought- or thoughts, in the back of your mind that’s more powerful than that temptation. It does not matter what that thought is. It can be anything from wanting to make your children proud of you to showing that ex you can accomplish something meaningful. All that matters is this: That thought works for you.

Remember, if a fifty year old average person can burn belly fat, you can succeed at safe weight loss too!

Get Six Pack Abs

Men (and women too) typically miss the the nice toned abs they used to have so
they could proudly show off their midsections and slim, visible abs. Frequently
they will start an exercise program with the goal of losing their belly and
getting back their flat, sexy abs
they once had when they were young.

It’s a worthwhile goal and it CAN BE DONE! You must forget the lies and
the hype and half truths you see in slick magazines, infomercials and
from the mouths of misinformed “experts”. There are three main areas to keep in
mind if you want to start a successful exercise program to get your nice sexy
abs back.

Firstly, you must get you diet under control. It’s pretty certain that you will
never lose your belly if keep eating the Standard American Diet (S.A.D.) of fast
food burgers, fries and a soda. Stripped of nutrients, we become starved
for foods that really supply the nutrients the body needs and grab junk food and processed crap. A good rule of thumb is if it comes out of a bag or box then forget about it.
You have to shift your diet to foods closer to the base of the food chain and eating less from
overprocessed “industrially made” crap. It also a bad idea to fall
for the current fad diet of the month, be it low fat, low carb or low anything.
Your body needs the macronutrients from all these food groups. The body needs
healthy fats, for example, from good sources like avocadoes, eggs, coconuts,
nuts and fish. What it doesn’t need are the fats from refined, hydrogenated oils
or foods fried in hydrogenated oils.

Secondly, if you want six pack abs, then
you have to stop focusing on training your abs! They may seem contradictory
until you understand a key point about starting an effective exercises program:
You must start an exercise or training program that triggers a metabolic response that burns fat! Sit ups and crunches simply don’t mobilize the body enough to do this.

The first main focus should be to reduce your body fat
percentage. One of the main reasons you don’t have a six pack is because they
aren’t visible-they are covered up by layers of fat!
So instead of doing specific “abs exercises” like crunches or situps you need to
target large muscle groups like the legs, back, torso and chest. Examples of
better exercises are squats, deadlifts, step ups, wind sprints, kettlebells, and
step-ups. These will do much more for your body if you want to burn fat.

Thirdly, understand that intense, variable resistance training does more to burn
fat in your body than monotonous, steady state type of cardio like long distance
running. Strength training helps build more muscle and increased muscle mass in your body
the easier it will be to keep the fat off and stay in shape.
